癫痫儿童治疗前后认知功能变化分析

Objective To explore the cognitive function of epileptic children before and after treatment. Methods 60 cases of epileptic children in our hospital were chosen and the WISC and CBCL were investigated during period of before treatment,six months and twelve months after treatment. Results Six months and twelve months after treatment,the VIQ,PIQ,and FIQ value were higher than before treatment ( P<0. 05). There was no statistical difference in CBCL value( P﹥0. 05). Conclusion A period of antiepileptic treatment improves the cog-nitive function of epileptic children.%目的：观察分析癫痫儿童治疗前后认知功能变化。方法：选取儿童癫痫患儿共60例。入选患儿分别在接受抗癫痫治疗前、接受治疗6个月后以及接受治疗12个月后进行韦氏智力量表测试和儿童行为量表测定。结果：入选患儿在治疗6个月以及治疗12个月后患儿的VIQ值，PIQ值以及FIQ值均要比治疗前高，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。而患儿在CBCL各测定项目的对比，治疗前、治疗6个月以及治疗12个月对比均没有统计学差异（ P﹥0.05）。结论：癫痫儿童在接受抗癫痫治疗后一段时间，其认知能力可以得到改善。
