目的：探讨 Pfm Redon 一次性闭合高负压引流系统于乳腺癌术后皮下引流应用价值。方法：选取我院行乳腺癌改良根治术的乳腺癌患者600例，采用随机分组方法，选取300例采用一次性使用负压吸引球为低负压引流组，另外300例采用一次性闭合高负压引流系统为高负压引流组。将两组间的拔管时间，引流量，皮瓣坏死率，皮下积液率，术后再出血率，住院时间等指标作对比分析。结果：两组间皮瓣坏死率，住院时间的对比无明显统计学差异，高负压引流组拔管时间较低负压引流组延长，高负压引流组引流量较低负压引流组增多，高负压引流组皮下积液率减少，高负压引流组术后再出血率增加，有统计意义。结论：乳腺癌改良根治术后采用高负压引流系统可减少皮下积液发生率，显著改善乳腺癌改良根治术后患者术后恢复期的生活质量，也能减轻医生工作量，不过在减少皮瓣坏死、降低术后再出血的发生率、缩短拔管时间及住院时间、减少术后引流量较低负压引流组无明显优势。高负压引流在乳腺癌改良根治术后应用具有临床推广价值。%Objective To investigate the application value of high negative pressure drainage in modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer. Method Six hundred patients with breast cancer needed modified radical mastectomy were divided into two groups randomly,300 cases in high negative pressure drainage,others 300 cases in low negative pressure drainage. The days of de-tubation,The volume of drainage,The rate of skin flap necrosis,The rate of hypodermic pyema,The rate of postoperative hemor-rhage,The length of hospital stay were observed and analyzed. Results There were no significant differences in The rate of skin flap necrosis,The length of hospital stay. The days of detubation,The volume of drainage,The rate of hypodermic pyema,The rate of postoperative hemorrhage had significant differences. The quality of life in high negative pressure drainage group patients were improved obviously. Conclusion The different drainage methods should reduce the complications of the breast cancer patients,but it can reduce the rate of hypodermic pyema,improve the quality of life in the perioperative period clearly and reduce doctorˋs workload,so it has clinical promotion value.
