桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤

摘要

目的：探讨桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年5月—2015年5月收治的120例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象，随机分为2组，对照组采用米非司酮片12.5 mg /次，1次/ d；观察组同时加服桂枝茯苓胶囊3粒/次，3次/ d；2组患者均连续服用12周，月经来潮时停止服用。观察2组治疗前与治疗后4周、8周、12周性激素促卵泡激素（FSH）、雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）、黄体生成素（LH）水平变化情况，治疗前后瘤体变化情况、临床疗效及随访结果。结果随着治疗时间的延长，FSH、P、E2、LH 水平逐渐降低，且观察组降低较对照组明显，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；疗程结束后观察组肌瘤体积缩小程度明显大于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组总有效率为95.00％，对照组为83.33％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；停药后6个月内进行随访，观察组反弹情况明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤，有效降低性激素水平，缩小子宫肌瘤体积，缓解临床症状，远期效果满意。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of Guizhifuling capsule in combined with mifepristone in the treatment of hysteromyoma. Methods A total of 120 patients with hysteromyoma who were admitted in our hospital from May,2014 to May,2015 were included in the study and randomized into the observation group and the control group. The patients in the control group were given mifepristone,12. 5mg / time,1 time / d. The patients in the observa-tion group were given additional Guizhifuling capsules,3 pills/ time,3 times/ d. The patients in the two groups were treated for 12 weeks,and the drugs were ceased at menstruation. The changes of FSH,E2 ,P,and LH levels before treatment,4,8,12 weeks after treatment,the change of tumor body before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy,and the follow-up result in the two groups were observed. Results With the extending of treatment time,FSH,E2 ,P,and LH levels were gradually declined,and the decreased degree in the observation was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0. 05). The shrinking degree of tumor volume in the observation group after the course was signifi-cantly greater than that in the control group(P < 0. 05). The total effective rate in the observation group(95. 00% ) was significantly higher than that in the control group(83. 33% )(P < 0. 05). After drug withdrawl for 6 months,the follow-up result showed that the rebounding situation in the observation was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Guizhifuling capsule in combined with mifepristone in the treatment of hysteromyoma can effectively reduce the sex hormone level,shrink the tumor volume,and alleviate the clinical symptoms with a satis-factory long-term effect;therefore,it deserves to be widely recommended in the clinic.
