改良型腰椎后伸扳法治疗腰椎旋转型腰肌劳损

摘要

目的 评价改良型腰椎后伸扳法治疗腰椎旋转型腰肌劳损的临床疗效.方法 将104例典型腰椎旋转型腰肌劳损患者随机分为2组,分别采用改良型腰椎后伸扳法(治疗组)和传统推拿治疗方法(对照组).观察2组患者治疗前后主要临床症状、体征及影像学椎体旋转程度的改善情况.结果 从临床疗效看,治疗组有效率94.11%,对照组有效率80.76%,治疗组优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学性意义.从腰椎旋转度改善情况看,治疗组改善率90.19%,对照组改善率59.61%,治疗组优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论 改良型腰椎后伸扳法能够在纠正腰椎前后移动的同时纠正腰椎旋转,更好的发挥临床疗效.%Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of lumbar rotation of lumbar muscle strain by modified lumbar stretching and pulling manipulation. Methods 104 cases of typical lumbar rotation of lumbar muscle strain were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with modified lumbar stretching and pulling manipulation and the control group was treated with traditional tuina therapy. The improvement of the main clinical symptoms, signs and the degree of vertebral rotation were observed before and after treatment of two groups. Results From the clinical efficacy, the efficiency of treatment group was 94.11%, the efficiency of control group was 80.76%, the treatment group was better than the control group, P<0.05, the difference is statistically significant. From the improvement of the degree of vertebral rotation, the curative rate of the treatment group was 90.19%, the control group was 59.61%, and the treatment group was better than the control group, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The modified lumbar stretching and pulling manipulation can correct the lumbar anteroposterior displacement and rotation of the lumbar vertebra simultaneously and achieve better clinical curative effects.
