类风湿关节炎中医辨证论治研究进展

摘要

Objective To study the research progress of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods This paper discusses the research progress of TCM differentiation of symptoms and signs of TCM from three aspects: syndrome differentiation, syndrome differentiation and syndrome differentiation of RA based on the past 5 years on the treatment of RA syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Results At present, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has been widely recognized, and has been widely recognized in clinical practice. The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of RA can improve the efficacy and reduce the side effects. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of RA has been widely recognized, but there are still many deficiencies, such as the clinical treatment of RA syndrome differentiation has not yet achieved standardization, standardization, objectivity and so on.%目的 探讨类风湿关节中医辨证论治研究进展.方法 通过对近5年关于中医辨证论治治疗类风湿性关节炎的有关文献进行梳理总结,从病因辨证、脏腑辨证、分期辨证3个方面论述类风湿性关节炎中医辨证论治研究进展.结果 目前类风湿关节炎中医辨证论治已经得到广泛重视,且临床上已经普遍得到共识,中西医结合治疗类风湿性关节炎在提高疗效的同时还能明显降低不良反应.结论 中医中药治疗类风湿性关节炎虽然已经被广泛的认可,但仍有很多不足之处,比如临床上对类风湿性关节炎的辨证论治尚未达到规范化、标准化、客观化等.
