刺五加叶化学成分、药理作用及现代临床应用研究进展

摘要

Objective This paper summarized the research progress of acanthopanax senticosus leaves at home and abroad and provided reference for the development and utilization of acanthopanax senticosus leaves.Methods The chemical constituents, pharmacological effects and modern clinical application of acanthopanax senticosus leaves were summarized in the last 30 years.Results Acanthopanax senticosus leaves mainly contain saponins, flavonoids and organic acids and other compounds, with the protection of cardiovascular system, anti-tumor, hypoglycemic and other pharmacological effects. Acanthopanax injection and acanthopanax tablets (capsule) are widely used in clinical medicine, health food. Acanthopanax tea can significantly improve neurasthenia, insomnia embolism. Conclusion Acanthopanax senticosus leaves has important clinical and health care value, and its active ingredients and pharmacological effects should be studied in depth.%目的 将刺五加叶的国内外研究进展概况进行整理总结,为刺五加叶的开发利用提供参考.方法 查阅近三十年相关文献,对刺五加叶所含化学成分、药理作用以及现代临床应用等内容进行归纳整理.结果 刺五加叶中主要含有皂苷类、黄酮类以及有机酸类等化合物,具有保护心脑血管系统、抗肿瘤、降血糖等药理作用.刺五加注射液、刺五加片(胶囊)广泛应用于临床医疗,保健食品五加参茶能够明显改善神经衰弱、失眠等症.结论 刺五加叶具有重要的临床和保健价值,其有效成分及药理作用均有待深入研究.
