四花穴、心俞隔药饼灸治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛随机对照研究

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of cake-separated moxibustion on Sihua and Xinshu points in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods 130 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 65 cases in each group, the two groups were treated with light diet, regulating emotions, avoiding excessive overworked, avoiding hot and cold dressing moderate does not adjust, appropriate exercise therapy. The control group was treated with isosorbide mononitrate tablets (10 mg, oral, 3 times/d), Nifedipine Tablets (10 mg, oral, 3 times /d), Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets (100 mg, oral, 1 times/d); The treatment group was given four points to spend on the basis of the treatment (Geshu, Danshu) and Xinshu. Herbal cake separated by Astragalus 30 g, angelica sinensis 6 g, cinnamon 15 g, sandalwood 10 g, Amomum villosum 5 g, Salvia miltiorrhiza 10 g. After 4 weeks of treatment, the symptoms of chest pain, chest tightness, shortness of breath, palpitation and fatigue were observed. Results After treatment, the treatment group and the control group in the chest pain, chest tightness, shortness of breath, palpitation, fatigue scores were (2.76±0.98), (2.55±0.79), (2.06±0.65), (2.15±0.61),(2.09±0.69), (4.01±1.79), (3.90±1.45), (3.37±1.09), (3.51±0.91), (3.37±1.02), there was statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 93.31％ and 80％ respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Sihua, Xinshu flower cake separated moxibustion can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of angina, ECG in improving curative effect.%目的 观察四花穴、心俞隔药饼灸治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效.方法 将符合纳入标准的患者130例随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组65例;2组均接受清淡饮食、调畅患者情志、避免过度劳累,穿衣适度避免冷热不调、适当的运动锻炼等基础治疗.对照组在基础治疗上给予硝酸异山梨酯片(10 mg,口服,3次/d),硝苯地平片(10 mg,口服,3次/d),阿司匹林肠溶片(100 mg,口服,1次/d);治疗组在基础治疗上给予四花穴(膈俞、胆俞)、心俞隔药饼灸.隔药饼由黄芪30 g,当归6 g,桂枝15 g,檀香10 g,砂仁5 g,丹参10 g研成粉末状后制成.治疗4周后观察中医症候(胸痛、胸闷、气短、心悸、神疲乏力)变化及心电图改变,统计其临床疗效.结果 治疗后治疗组与对照组在胸痛、胸闷、气短、心悸、神疲乏力积分分别为(2.76±0.98)、(2.55±0.79)、(2.06±0.65)、(2.15±0.61)、(2.09±0.69);(4.01±1.79)、(3.90±1.45)、(3.37±1.09)、(3.51±0.91)、(3.37±1.02),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组与对照组临床疗效总有效率分别为93.31％、80.00％,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 四花穴、心俞隔药饼灸能明显地改善气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者的临床症状,在心电图改善方面疗效显著.
