In order to understand blood lead levels in temporary workers, we check their blood lead use graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The results can help we take effective measures to prevent the occurrence of lead poisoning for temporary workers. This works include 117 temporary workers for observation group and 139 formal works in the same enterprise for control group. There are 72 cases of 117(61.5% ) were detected in blood lead greater than normal reference value of 200 ixg/L,On the contrary,there are 41 cases of 139(29.5% ) were detected in blood lead greater than normal reference value. Between the two groups have significant difference ( P 〈 0.01 ). The results show that blood lead level in temporary workers is higher than the official trade union.%对接触铅作业的临时工人进行血铅检查，了解职业性铅作业临时工人血铅水平，以采取有效的措施，防止铅中毒的发生，保护临时工人的身体健康。采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定血铅含量，通过对该企业临时工人117例为观察组进行血铅测定，同一企业铅作业岗位的正式工139例为对照组。观察组117例中栓出血铅大于正常参考值200μg/L的72例，检出率61．5％；对照组139例检出血铅大于正常参考值200μg/L的41例，检出率29．5％。2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。铅作业岗位临时工血铅大于正常参考值的检出率明显高于铅作业岗位的正式工。
