黄花藤扦插繁殖技术研究

摘要

The liana could play special advantage on the steep slope of landscaping, because of its special organ of vine, sucker, adsorption roots, and tendrils, etc. The cuttage test of Secamone lanceolata with orthogonal experimental design was studied. The results showed that: the best treatment of cutting survival rate was using the loess as the substrate, the annual branches as cuttings, and using 50 mg/L ABT soaking 1 hour, the cutting survival rate could reach 50.6%.%藤本植物因其具有茎蔓、吸盘、吸附根、卷须等特殊的器官在陡峭边坡绿化中可发挥去独特的优势。采用正交试验设计对黄花藤进行扦插试验，结果表明：黄花藤扦插成活的最佳处理方式是采用黄心土作基质、利用1年生枝条为插穗，并用50 mg/L ABT浸泡1.0 h，其扦插成活率可达到50.6%。
