本文首先对近两年来减速器厂内台架试验中浮动油封泄漏数据进行了采集，并对各种渗漏油的情况做了归类汇总，接着分类别对密封失效现象进行分析，找出可以判定各密封零件损坏根源的具代表性的参数值。总体上是围绕浮动油封的密封机理，从各个关键点分析不同的油泄漏情况，找出了密封失效的根本原因。%The paper first collected the data of floating oil seal leakage in bench test of reducer factory in the past two years and summarized varies of oil leakage,then analyzed seal failure by category and found the representative parameter identifying the damage root of each sealed part,finally found the fundamental cause of seal failure by analyzing different oil leakage situation.
