北京鸭和天府肉鸭屠宰性能比较

摘要

Objective]The aim was to explore the slaughter performance differ-ence of Beijing duck and Tianfu duck . [Method] Slaughter performance indica-tors of Beijing duck and Tianfu duck with 43 days were determined ,and the indexes were statistical analyzed . [Re-sult ] The results showed that the live weight, carcass weight, eviscerated weight, eviscerated weight, leg muscle weight, breast muscle weight, breast muscle rate of Beijing duck were signifi-cantly higher than Tianfu duckˊs (P 0.05) ,except indicator Foot / BW . There was a significant positive correla-tion between live weight and carcass weight, eviscerated weight, eviscerated weight of Beijing duck (P 0.05）；北京鸭的活重与屠体重、全净膛重、半净膛重之间，屠体重与全净膛重、半净膛重之间，半净膛重与全净膛重之间呈显著正相关（P<0.05）；全净膛重腿肌重之间，半净膛重与腿肌重之间呈显著正相关（P<0.05）。[结论]北京鸭的屠体性能优于天府肉鸭。天府肉鸭的内部器官发育状况更好。
