丰县水生态文明城市建设布局与对策措施

摘要

结合丰县实际，构建了“一脉、二带、三环、四区”的水生态文明建设总体布局，从水安全、水环境、水生态、水文化、水管理等方面提出了水生态文明建设措施，探索形成水资源相对短缺地区水生态文明建设典型道路，为类似地区水生态文明建设提供借鉴与示范。%Combining with current situation of Fengxian,a general layout for water ecological civilization namely“one vein,two belts,three rings and four areas”is built. Measures for water ecological civilization construction are proposed from water security,water environment,water ecology,water culture and water management. It provides a reference for other similar areas where water resources are deficient.
