信息化项目后评估探讨

摘要

China is in a period of rapid development of information technology ,with the continuous expansion of the informatization project construction scale and its scope of application ,how to make use of the information project post -evaluation to guarantee,a healthy development of informatization,has gradually become the focus that everybody pays close attention to. And information itself also experiencing by project supporting role to the project leading role transformation,this paper discussion on the characteristics of information project,put forward to the importance and implementation method,steps of post-evaluation,hoping for reference,arouse attention to the informatization post-evaluation.%我国正处于信息化飞速发展的时期,随着信息化项目的建设规模和其应用范围不断扩大,如何利用信息化项目后评估这一手段,保证信息化的健康、良好的发展,逐渐成为大家关注的焦点.而信息化本身也在经历着由项目辅助性角色向项目主导型角色的转变,文章结合对信息化项目特点的论述,提出后评估的重要性和实施方法、步骤等,希望以此为借鉴,引起大家对信息化后评估工作的关注.
