宿迁市全社会研发经费支出分析

摘要

研发活动(R&D)是整个科技活动的基础和核心,是实现创新发展、转型发展的动力源泉,更是衡量一个国家或地区科技发展水平、科技活动结构、科技投入程度和科技含量的重要指标.文章通过对2015年上半年宿迁市全社会研发经费支出的统计为依据,分析其存在的主要问题,并对如何提升研发投入提出对策建议.%Research and Development activity (R&D) is the basis and core of the whole scientific and technological activities. It's the power source of innovation and transformation development. It is also an important indicator to measure of science and technology development level,activity structure,input degree and content for one country or region. In this paper,according to the statistics of the R&D expenditure in the whole society in the first half of 2015,Suqian City,the main problem was analyzed and countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the R&D investment.
