HIF-1α与VEGF165在胃癌的表达及其意义

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the expressions of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)and vascular epithelial growth factor (VEGF)165 in gastric carcinoma and its association with clinicopathological features. Methods The expressions of HIF-1a and VEGF165 protein in 58 gastric cancer and tumor-adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression rates of HIF-1α protein and VEGF165 in gastric tissue were 74. 13% and 77.58%,which were significantly higher than 12. 07% and 15. 51%, respectively, in the tumoradjacent normal tissues (P<0. 05). The expressions of HIF-1α and VEGF165 protein were positively correlated to lymph node metastasis and clinical staging(P<0. 05). The expression of HIF-1α protein was positively correlated to that of VEGF165 protein(P<0. 05). Conclusion The high expression of HIF-1 and VEGF165 protein in gastric cancer is closely related to the carcinogenesis,development and lymph node metastasis of gastric caner. Combined detection of HIF-1 and VEGF165 is helpful to the evaluation of biological behaviour of gastric carcinoma.%目的 探讨缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)和血管内皮生长因子165(VEGF165)在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系.方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测58例胃癌组织和相应癌旁组织中VEGF165和HIF-1α的表达.结果 胃癌组织的HIF-1α和VEGF165阳性表达率为74.13%和77.58%,均明显高于相应癌旁组织的12.07%和15.51%(P<0.05).胃癌组织中HIF-1α和VEGF165的表达与淋巴结转移和临床分期显著相关(P<0.05);且HIF-1α与VEGF165蛋白在胃癌中表达呈正相关(P<0.05).结论 HIF-1α与VEGF165的高表达可能与胃癌的侵袭、淋巴结转移有关,同时两者呈明显的正相关;联合检测HIF-1α和VEGF165有助于评估胃癌侵袭和转移的生物学行为.
