2型糖尿病患者血清C1q/TNF相关蛋白3的变化及意义

         

摘要

目的 探讨血清C1q/TNF相关蛋白3(CTRP3)水平与2型糖尿病(T2DM)和肥胖的关系.方法 90例初诊T2DM患者分为超重/肥胖组(A组,48例)和正常体重组(B组,42例);78例健康体检者(正常对照组)分为超重/肥胖组(C组,40例)和正常体重组(D组,38例).测定四组空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和血清CTRP3水平.结果 A组血清CTRP3水平显著低于C组和D组(P<0.05).相关分析显示,T2DM组中CTRP3与FBG、HbA1c和TG呈负相关(P<0.05).多元逐步回归分析表明,FBG和TG是血清CTRP3的独立相关因素(P<0.01).结论 血清CTRP3水平与T2DM和高脂血症密切相关,高CTRP3水平可能对阻止T2DM的发生发展,改善脂代谢有益.%Objective To evaluate the association of serum Clq/TNF- related protein-3 (CTRP3) with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and obesity. Methods Ninety newly diagnosed T2DM patients were divided into overweight/obese group (group A, 48 cases) and normal weight group(group B, 42 cases). Seventy-eight subjects with normal glucose tolerance were divided into overweight/obese group(group C, 40 cases) and normal weight group(group D, 38 cases). Serum CTRP3 and fasting plasma glucose(FBG), HbAlc, total cholesterol (TO , triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C) were determined in all subjects. Results Compared with groups of C and D, serum CTRP3 in group A was lower(P<0. 05). Simple correlation analysis showed that CTRP3 in T2DM groups was negatively correlated with FBG and TG. Multiple regression analysis showed that FBG and TG were the independent factors of serum CTRP3 level (P<0. 01). Conclusion Serum CTRP3 is relevant to T2DM and hyperlipilydemia, suggesting that high CTRP3 level may retard the development and progress of T2DM and is helpful in improving lipid metabolism.
