植筋胶植筋施工方法

摘要

南京市建邺区河西某大型中转站为提高效率由竖式压缩改为卧式压缩,为满足使用功能,对原工程结构进行了加固处理,使用了植筋胶植筋的施工方法。新的植筋方法适用于改造工程和新建工程,耐老化,抗疲劳性能优良,抗震性能好,耐热性能好,常温下无蠕变,耐介质（酸、碱、水）性能好,并具有较好的抗焊性、阻燃性、密封性、防潮性,施工简便、材料成本经济等特点。%In oreder to increase the working effectiveness and meet the usage requirement,a large transportation stopover station in Hexi area,Jianye district,Nanjing has changed its compression mode from vertical to horizontal one,so that the existing structure should be reinforced by using steel planting glue to plant steel.The new steel planting method is adopted for reconstruction and new construction project.It is durale for acid,alkali and water,good for antiexhaustion,antiseismic,heat-proof.It has no creep in normal condition and following characteristics such as： anti-welding,fire resistance,air-tight,wet-proof,convenient construction and low construction cost.
