鼻腔冲洗结合治疗性游戏在儿童上呼吸道感染治疗中的应用

[Abestract] Objective To explore the application value of nasal irrigation and therapeutic game in the treatment for upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods Ninety-six children with upper respiratory tract infection hospitalized during 2017 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,48 cases for each group.Both groups took nasal irrigation and conventional treatment;and the observation group played targeted therapeutic game before nasal irrigation.The therapeutic effect,treatment compliance,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The overall therapeutic effects of the two groups were not much different from the data reported in domestic literatures.However,the nasal irrigation treatment compliance,the incidence of adverse reactions,and family satisfaction were better in the observation group than in the control group (56.3％ vs.18.8％,20.8％ vs.43.7％,and 66.7％ vs.22.9％),with statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Treatment assisted by nasal irrigation for upper respiratory tract infection in children is effective.And the combination with therapeutic game can significantly improve treatment compliance and effectively reduce adverse reactions.%目的 探讨鼻腔冲洗结合治疗性游戏在儿童上呼吸道感染治疗中的应用价值.方法 选取2017年期间住院的96例上呼吸道感染患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,各48例;两组患儿均在常规治疗基础上配合鼻腔冲洗处理,其中观察组在鼻腔冲洗前辅以有针对性的治疗性游戏;比较两组治疗效果、治疗依从性和不良反应.结果 两组患儿总体治疗效果与国内相关文献报道的数据差异不大,但观察组接受鼻腔冲洗治疗的依从性、不良反应发生率和家属满意度均优于对照组(56.3％比18.8％、20.8％比43.7％、66.7％比22.9％),差异有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论 鼻腔冲洗辅助治疗儿童上呼吸道感染效果明显,结合治疗性游戏可显著提高治疗依从性和有效降低不良反应发生率.
