目的 探究1型糖尿病儿童及青少年中行为问题的影响因素.方法 根据Achenbach儿童行为量表中有关内容自制影响因素问卷表,对本院59例1型糖尿病儿童青少年(观察组)和59例健康者(对照组)进行调查.结果 观察组行为问题检出率为40.68％,高于对照组的20.34％(P<0.05);观察组交际不良检出率22.03％,高于对照组的3.39％(P<0.05);观察组焦虑抑郁检出率为11.86％,高于对照组的1.69％(P<0.05).结论 1型糖尿病儿童及青少年行为问题发生率高于身体健康人,且此类患者行为问题发生是由多种因素相互作用引起的,其中以交际不良、焦虑抑郁为主要行为,需要家属引起重视.%Objective To explore the influencing factors of behavior problems in children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes. Methods According to the content of Achenbach Children's, a questionnaire on the influencing factors was made by ourselves; and 59 children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes (an observation group) and 59 healthy subjects (a control group)were investigated by the questionnaire. Results The detection rate of behavioral problems was 40.68％ in the observation group, and was 20.34％ in the control group (P< 0.05). The rate of bad communication was 22.03％ in the observation group, and was 3.39％ in the control group (P < 0.05). The detection rate of anxiety and depression was higher in the observation group than in the control group (11.86％ vs. 1.69％, P < 0.05). Conclusions The incidence of behavior problems in children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes is higher than that in healthy people; and the behavior problems of these patients are caused by the interaction of many factors. Bad communication, anxiety, and depression are the main behaviors.
