口内入路切除面部皮脂腺囊肿31例临床分析

摘要

Objective To evaluate the clinical feasibility and treating effects on facial sebaceous cyst that were resected by intraoral incision.Methods The facial sebaceous cyst were resecte by intraoral incision in 31patients, and the clinical effects were observed. Results Thirty-one patients with facial sebaceous cyst could be resected completely through intraoral approach, with no facial scars and other complications. Conclusion Facial sebaceous cyst excision by oral approach is feasible and can meet the aesthetic effect, it is worth clinical application.%目的 探讨口内入路切除面部皮脂腺囊肿的可行性及临床效果.方法 31例面部皮脂腺囊肿患者均行口内入路切除,并对其临床效果进行观察.结果 31例面部皮脂腺囊肿患者均可以通过口内入路完整切除,面部无疤痕,可以达到美观的效果,且无其他并发症.结论 口内入路切除面部皮脂腺囊肿是可行的,并且可以达到美观的效果,值得临床推广应用.
