FPS-R在胃镜检查患者疼痛强度评估中的应用效果评价

摘要

目的 评价FPS-R疼痛评估量表在胃镜检查中的应用效果,为胃镜检查病人的疼痛管理提供依据.方法 将2009年3月至12月进行胃镜检查的60例成年病人,分别使用评估疼痛强度的直观模拟量表(VAS)、数字评定量表(NRS)、词语描述量表(VDS)、修改版面部表情疼痛量表(FPS-R)进行疼痛强度评分.结果 胃镜检查结束后患者使用FPS-R对自己检查中疼痛强度进行评估的得分为(5.40±1.487)分,护士使用FPS-R对患者胃镜检查中疼痛强度进行评估的得分为(5.47±1.321)分,两者比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),但两者存在显著正相关关系(P=0.000),且相关关系较为密切(相关系数为0.594).o结论由护士使用修改版面部表情疼痛量表对胃镜检查患者进行疼痛强度评估的方法,可作为暂时丧失说、写能力胃镜检查患者疼痛强度评估的首选工具.%Objective To provide supporting evidence for managing pain due to gastroscopy by assessing the use of FPS-R for measurement of pain intensity in patients undergoing gastroscopy. Methods Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Numeric Rating Scale (NRS), Verbal Description Scale (VDS), and Faces Pain Scale - Revised (FPS-R) were used to measure pain intensity in 60 adult patients undergoing gastroscopy during the period of March to December 2009. Results There was no statistical difference in the FPS-R scores between patient's self-assessment and nurse's assessment (P>0.05). The two types of assesment were positively related (P=0.000) and this correlation was quite close (correlation coefficient, 0.594). Conclusions The use of FRS-R by nurses for measurement of pain intensity in patients underging gastroscopy can be used as the first option for assessing the pain intensity in those who temporarily lose the abilities of speech and writing.
