妇科门诊患者生殖道感染认知水平的调查

摘要

目的 研究妇科门诊患者生殖道感染认知水平,探讨妇女预防生殖道感染的方法.方法 通过系统抽样法对2009年1月-2009年3月间我院妇科门诊就诊的女性进行抽样调查,发放调查问卷,对生殖道感染的途径、感染后的危害以及预防方法等方面进行问卷调查,共15题,总分15分,并用统计学方法进行分析.结果 经统计2009年1月-2009年3月间本院妇科就诊患者患过生殖道感染占45%;调查中,患者对生殖道感染的相关知识平均得分为(7.35±3.20)分.结论 本院妇科门诊就诊患者对生殖道感染认知水平仍有待提高;加大宣传教育力度,提高女性的防护意识,能有效的降低感染率.%Objective To study the reproductive tract infection's cognitive level of gynecology clinic outpatients, and explore the methods for the prevention of reproductive tract infection. Methods A system sampling method was used to survey the gynecology clinic outpatients during January 2009 to March 2009. 15 questions was asked; and the questions included the way of reproductive tract infection,the harm after infection and prevention methods; each question counted one points, so the questionnaires had 15 points. Used statistical methods for analysis. Results The statistic of the outpatients suffered from gynecological reproductive tract infection during January 2009 to March 2009 counted for 45%, and patients got a (7.35 ± 3.20)points average score about reproductive tract infection related knowledge.conclusion The reproductive tract infection's cognitive level of our gynecology clinic hospital outpatients is low. Enhancing propaganda education dynamics and improving women's protection consciousness can effectively reduce its infection.
