益桑缩尿片的薄层色谱鉴别

摘要

Objective To establish a method for the identification of Yisang Suoniao tablets by TLC. Methods Alpiniae Oxyphyllae, Radix Linderae and Rhizoma Dioscoreae were identified by TLC.Results The charater speckles of Alpiniae Oxyphyllae, Radix Linderae and Rhizoma Dioscoreae can be founded in TLC atlas, which can not be founded in negative reference substance. Conclusion The method is reliable, reproducible and feasible, which can be used for quality control of Yisang Suoniao tablets.%目的 建立益桑缩尿片的薄层色谱鉴别方法.方法 采用薄层色谱法对益桑缩尿片中的益智、乌药、山药等进行定性鉴别.结果 在TLC图谱中可检测出益智仁、乌药、山药的特征斑点,阴性对照无干扰.结论 本试验所建立的鉴别分析方法稳定可靠、重现性好且简便可行,可用于该制剂的质量控制.
