目的 评价Sysmex XE-2100(下简称XE-2100)定量检测网织红细胞(Ret)的性能.方法 对Ret检测结果采用参考方法-手工计数法进行比较评价,对Ret检测的其他各项指标以EP9文件为依据进行评价.结果 XE-2100与手工计数法检测Ret结果有良好的相关性(r=0.9 807): XE-2100检测RET低值(61.3 × 109/L)、中值(123.1×109/L)、较高值(148.0 × 109/L)标本批间的变异系数(CV%)分别为0.05%、0.03%、0.03%总重复性CV为4.68%;检测Ret低值(51.7×109/L)、中值(102.3×109/L)、高值(251.9×109/L)标本批内CV分别为0.04%、0.03%、0.02%;Ret在8.03×109/L～160.8×109/L范围内线性良好(r=0.9982); XE-2100检测Ret在标本采集48 h内结果稳定,携带污染率为0.44%.结论 XE-2100检测RET与手工计数法相关性好,且具有简便、准确、精密度高、线性好、参数多等特点.%Objective To evaluate the performance of Sysmex XE-2100 quantitative detection of reticulocyte (Ret). Method Detect 53 Ret cases by XE-2100, and compare test results with hand counting method as reference. Results XE-2100 RET low value (61.3 × 109/L), median value(123.1 ×109/L), higher value(148.0 × 109/L). Inter-specimen coefficient of variation (CV%) were 0.05%, 0.03%, 0.03% respectively, the total CV was 4.68%; Ret low (51.7 × 109/L) within the CV was 0.04%, median value (102.3 × 109/L) within the CV was 0.03%, high-value (251.9 × 109/L) within the CV was 0.02%. Ret within ( 8.03 × 109/L-160.8 × 109/L ) is a good linear range (r=0.9982). The results of XE-2100 specimen collected within 48h stability, to bring the pollution rate of 0.44%. The results of XE-2100 and handcounting of Ret detection is a good correlation (r=0.9807). Conclusion The results of XE-2100 and handcounting of Ret detection is a good correlation, and has characteristics of simple, accurate, high precision,linear and the multi-parameter.
