综合干预对康复期精神病患者生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 探讨综合干预对康复期精神病患者生活质量的影响.方法 我们随机抽取康复期出院患者80例为研究对象,采用出院精神病患者康复疗效评定量(IPROS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)和WHO生活质量测定量表(WHOQOL—BREF)[1]进行精神分裂症患者生活质量的评定.并与未采取综合干预的康复期精神病患者进行对照.结果 综合干预的康复期患者抑郁、焦虑自评量表分数、症状自评量表分数均低于对照组.结论 通过采取针对性的综合干预护理措施,可提高康复期精神病患者的生活质量.%Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention on quality of life of psychiatric patients during rehabilitation.Methods We randomly selected 80 patients discharged from rehabilitation period for the study,and evaluated the QOL of patients with schizophrenia by using rehabilitation outcome assessment psychiatric patients discharged volume(IPROS),social disability screening schedule (SDSS)and WHO quality of life scale(WHOQOL-BREF),and compared with those psychiatric patients not interfered with the rehabilitation period.Results The depression,anxiety,self-rating scale scores,symptom rating scale scores in patients treated with comprehensive rehabilitation intervention were all lower than those of the control group.Conclusion Targeted intervention by taking a comprehensive nursing care can improve the QOL of psychiatric patients during rehabilitation.
