淋巴细胞注射治疗同种免疫型复发性流产临床观察

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of active immunotherapy with lymphocyte injections for alloimmune recurrent spontaneous abortion and the nursing care coordination.Methods Lymphocytes were seperated and harvested from 20 ml blood withdrawn from the husbands of blocking antibody-negative women or other people without family relationship.And lymphocytes were intradermally injected into the upper arm deltoid at 6 to 8 points in the women.The women received 1 to 2 courses of treatment,four injections for each course with an interval of 2 to 3 weeks.Results Blocking antibody became positive in more than 92％ of the women after one course of injections and in more than 95％ of the women after two courses of injections.The success rate of maintaining pregnancy was 82％.Conclusions Active immunotherapy with lymphocyte injections for alloimmune recurrent spontaneous abortion is efficacious.Nursing care is very important in this therapy to increase the success rate of maintaining pregnancy.Lymphocyte injection is worth popularizing.%目的 探讨淋巴细胞注射主动免疫治疗同种免疫型复发性流产临床疗效及护理配合.方法 将封闭抗体阴性患者,采用其丈夫或无关第三者血液20 ml,分离提取淋巴细胞后分别由护士于患者双上臂三角肌处作皮内注射6～8点,注射1～2个疗程,1个疗程4次,间隔2～3周1次.结果 注射1个疗程复查封闭抗体转阳率达到92％,注射2个疗程封闭抗体转阳率95％以上,保胎成功率82％.结论 对同种免疫型复发性流产患者注射淋巴细胞主动免疫效果满意,保胎成功率大大提高,其中护理配合非常重要,值得推广.
