大剂量免疫球蛋白联合免疫抑制剂及糖皮质激素治疗重症大疱性皮肤病的临床疗效分析

摘要

目的 观察大剂量免疫球蛋白联合免疫抑制剂及糖皮质激素治疗重症大疱性皮肤病的临床疗效.方法 选择重症大疱性皮肤病患者60例,随机分为A组和B组,每组各30例.A组患者采用大剂量免疫球蛋白联合免疫抑制剂及糖皮质激素治疗；B组患者采用免疫抑制剂和糖皮质激素治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、起效时问、皮损明显消退时间和平均住院时间.结果 A组的临床疗效明显好于B组,两组患者起效时间、皮损明显消退时间和平均住院时间差异明显,比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 大剂量免疫球蛋白联合免疫抑制剂及糖皮质激素治疗重症大疱性皮肤病比单纯使用免疫抑制剂和糖皮质激素治疗重症大疱性皮肤病起效快、副作用少、疗效明显.%Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of large doses of immune globulin combined with immunosuppressant and glucocorticoid treatment of severe bullous skin diseases.Methods 60 cases of severe bullous skin disease were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B,n=30.Group A was treated with large doses of immune globulin combined with immunosuppressant and glucocorticoid treatment.Group B was treated with glucocorticoids and immunosuppressive therapy.Clinical efficacy in patients after treatment was compared between the two groups,with an average onset time,the time of the skin lesions subsiding significantly and the average length of stay.Results The clinical efficacy of the group A was significantly better than that in group B,there were statistical significant differences in the onset time,the lesions subsiding obvious time and the average length of stay in two groups( P＜0.05 ).Conclusion Large doses of immune globulin combined with immunosuppressant and glucocorticoid in treatment of severe bullous skin diseases has rapid onset,less side effect and obvious efficacy,which is better than the simple use of immunosuppressant and glucocorticoid treatment.
