目的 探讨护理干预对预防局部用抗青光眼药物眼表损伤的影响.方法 将86例局部用抗青光眼药物的患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组43例.对照组给予常规的青光眼局部用药健康教育和青光眼常规护理,干预组对局部用抗青光眼药物的患者进行预防眼表损伤前瞻性护理干预.结果 干预防后,干预组干眼症状评分(1.5+1.1)分,泪膜破裂时间(6.44+3.76)s,基础泪液分试验(5.24+ 1.54) mm/5min,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对局部用抗青光眼药物的患者预防眼表损伤实施护理干预,能减少眼表损伤,提高局部用抗青光眼药物依从性及用药效果,提高患者生活质量.%Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the prevention of ocular surface injury caused by the local use of anti-glaucoma drugs.Methods 86 patients locally taking antiglaucoma drugs were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group,43 cases for each group.Routine health education of the local use of anti-glaucoma drugs and routine nursing were received by the control group,while prospective nursing intervention was taken by the intervention group to prevent ocular surface injury.Results After the intervention,the score of dry eye symptom was (1.5+1.1),the tear break-up time was (6.44 + 3.76) s,and the basal tear test was (5.24+ 1.54) mm/5 min in the intervention group.There were statistical differences between the 2 groups (P ＜ 0.05 with all comparisons).Conclusions Nursing intervention for the patients taking anti-glaucoma drugs to prevent ocular surface injury can reduce ocular surface damage,improve the compliance of local use of anti-glaucoma drugs and drug effect,and make their quality of life better.
