沭阳地区老年高血压患病率调查

摘要

目的 了解沭阳地区老年人群高血压患病率情况,为预防、干预及控制措施提供理论依据.方法 以问卷调查及现场量血压方法,对沭阳县全境的街道居委会和村镇的65岁以上常住居民进行高血压相关调查.结果 共调查95 114人,其中高血压患者41 352人,其中男女比为16 893/24 459,总的高血压患病率为43.5％,其中男性高血压患病率为40.9％,女性高血压患病率为59.1％;男女之间患病率差异有统计学意义(x 2=20.3,P＜0.05).城市人口高血压患病率为43.4％(3500/8071),农村人口高血压患病率为43.5％(37 852/87 073),城乡高血压患病率差异无统计学意义(x2=3.25,P＜0.05).结论 沭阳地区老年人群高血压患病率相对较高,应采取有效的预防措施减少高血压的患病率,以便提高老年人的生活质量.%Objective To investigate the prevalence rate of hypertension among elderly people in Shuyang,to provide a theoretical basis for prevention,intervention and control measures.Method According to questionnaires and on-site blood pressure method,hypertension related investigation among residents over 65 years-old throughout the neighborhood of streets and villages in Shuyang was carried out.Results There were a total of 95,114 persons,including 41,352 hypertensive patients,of whom female ratio was 16,893/24,459,the total prevalence rate of hypertension was 43.5％,male prevalence rate of hypertension was 40.9％,female prevalence rate of hypertension was 59.1％,with statistically significant difference in prevalence rate between men and women (x2 =20.3,P ＜ 0.05).The prevalence rate of hypertension in urban population was 43.3％ (3500/8071),and that in rural population was 43.4％ (37,852/87,073),without statistically significant difference (x 2 =3.25,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The prevalence rate of hypertension among elderly people in Shuyang is high; a comprehensive intervention should be taken to prevent hypertension.
