伊可尔联合维A酸乳膏治疗扁平疣的临床观察

摘要

目的 观察伊可尔联合维A酸乳膏外用治疗扁平疣临床疗效.方法 70例扁平疣患者随机分为两组,其中治疗组35例,对照组35例,治疗组用伊可尔联合0.1％维A酸乳膏治疗,对照组仅外用维A酸乳膏,疗程3个月.结果 治疗3个月后治疗组的有效率为88.57％,对照组有效率为65.71％.结论 伊可尔联合维A酸乳膏治疗扁平疣具有良好疗效.%Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of yikeer combined with tretinoin cream for verruca plana.Methods 70 patients with verruca plana were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,35 for each group.The treatment group were treated with yikeer and 0.1％ tretinoin cream and the control group with tretinoin cream for 3 months.Results 3 months after the treatment,the effective rate was 88.57％ in the treatment group and was 65.71％ in the control group,with a stastistical difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Yikeer combined with tretinoin cream for verruca plana is safe and effective.
