Objective To explore the effects of shallow suction on mechanical ventilation complications in neonates.Methods 61 neonates with mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in observational group were treated with shallow suction,while the patients in control group were treated with traditional suctioning.Mechanical ventilation complications were studied after suction.Results The incidence of dysthesia,bucking and airway mucosal injury in observational group were 12.5％,9.38％,6.25％ and 0％ respectively.In the other group,the incidence were 34.48％,27.59％,31.03％ and 6.9％ respectively.There was statistical significant difference in the incidence of dysthesia,bucking and airway mucosal injury between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Shallow suction in neonates with mechanical ventilation can alleviate the stress of neonates,decrease the incidence of dysthesia,bucking and airway mucosal injury.%目的 探讨浅层吸痰对机械通气新生儿并发症的影响.方法 将61例气管插管机械通气的新生儿随机分为两组,观察组采用浅层吸痰方法,对照组采用传统吸痰方法,观察吸痰后出现并发症的发生率.结果 观察组吸痰后烦躁、呛咳、气道粘膜损伤、肺出血发生率分别为12.50％、9.38％、6.25％、0％,对照组分别为34.48％、27.59％、31.03％、6.90％.两组患儿吸痰后烦躁、呛咳、气道粘膜损伤发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P≤0.05),肺出血发生率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 浅层吸痰法可减轻新生儿机体的应激反应,降低气道粘膜损伤、烦躁、呛咳等并发症的发生率.
