护理干预在乳腺癌术后患者行放疗前增强CT模拟定位的应用效果

摘要

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on CT simulation enhance positioning in postoperative breast cancer patients before radiotherapy,in order to improve the image quality and reduce the occurrence of side effects.Methods 120 cases of postoperative of breast cancer before radiotherapy were reviewed.The cases were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,the two groups were performed with routine nursing before enhanced position,the control group was given targeted nursing intervention according to the different patients,including the whole nursing intervention and body position nursing.Results After comparing the abnormal blood pressure and heart rate of two groups,the difference were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Difference image quality comparison of the two groups had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Side effects of two groups were compared,there was no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Effective nursing intervention in radiotherapy localization could improve patients' vital signs,reduce their anxiety and the incidence of side effects,make the patients better cooperate for check,and can improve the quality of images for radiotherapy.%目的 分析乳腺癌术后患者行放疗前增强CT模拟定位的护理效果,以提高CT模拟定位图像的质量,减少副反应的发生.方法 将120例乳腺癌术后适形放疗前增强定位的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,两组均行增强定位扫描常规护理,实验组根据患者不同的特点给予针对性的护理干预,包括全程护理干预、体位护理等.结果 两组患者血压、心率异常率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),两组副反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);两组图像质量比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 适形定位过程中有效的护理干预可以改善患者生命体征,有助于减轻患者焦虑心理,降低副反应发生率,使患者能更好地配合检查,为适形放疗取得优质精确图像.
