焦点式心理护理对眼外伤手术患者负性情绪的作用研究

摘要

目的 探讨焦点式心理护理对眼外伤手术患者负性情绪的影响.方法 选取2012年5月至2014年5月我院收治的50例患者(50眼),依据随机数字表法将这些患者分为两组,即观察组(25例)和对照组(25例).给予对照组患者常规护理,给予观察组患者常规护理基础上的焦点式心理护理.结果 观察组患者护理后SDS评分中的精神性-情感症状、抑郁等心理障碍、总评分和抑郁度指数均明显比对照组低(P＜0.05);观察组患者护理后SAS评分在20～40分之间的患者比例44％(11/25)明显比对照组12％(3/25)高(P＜0.05).结论 焦点式心理护理能够显著改善眼外伤手术患者的焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪.%Objective To investigate the impact of focal psychological care on the negative emotions of the patients undergoing eye trauma surgery.Methods 50 patients (50 eyes) admitted into our hospital from May,2012 to May,2014 were selected and then divided into an observation group (25 cases) and a control group (25 cases) according to random number table.The control group were given routine care; in addition,the observation group were given focal psychological care.Results After the care,the mental-emotional symptoms,depression and other psychological disorders in SDS scores and depression index total score were significantly lower in the observation group in the control group(P＜0.05); 44％ (11/25) patients' SAS score was between 20-40 points in the observation group,12％ (3/25) in the control group (P ＜0.05).Conclusions Focal psychological care can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of the patients undergoing ocular trauma surgery.
