自拟中药汤剂对晚期卵巢癌患者的疗效及免疫功能和肿瘤标志物的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of self designed TCM decoction in patients with advanced ovarian cancer and its effect on immune function and tumor markers.Methods 72 patients with advanced ovarian cancer were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,36 cases in each group.Control group was treated with TP regimen,experimental group was treated with self designed TCM decoction on the basis of TP regimen.Compared the total effective rate,the changes of immune function index,serum CA125 level,and Kamofsky score before and after treatment,and toxic and side effects of two groups.Results The total effective rate in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group (61.11% vs.36.11%,P<0.05).CD3+,CD4+,NK cells in experimental group after treatment were significantly higher than those in control group,while CD8+ cell was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05).Serum CA125 level after treatment in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05).After treatment,Kamofsky score in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05).The incidences of leucopenia,thrombocytopenia,peripheral neurovirulence,decreased hemoglobin,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Self designed TCM decoction has obvious curative effect in patients with advanced ovarian cancer,can reduce senun CA125 level,and enhance the immune function of the body.%目的 探讨自拟中药汤剂对晚期卵巢癌患者的疗效及免疫功能和肿瘤标志物的影响.方法 晚期卵巢癌患者72例随机分为对照组与实验组,每组36例.对照组采用TP方案治疗,实验组在TP方案基础上结合自拟中药汤剂治疗.对比分析两组患者治疗总有效率,治疗前与治疗后免疫功能指标、血清CA125水平和Kamofsky评分变化,及毒副反应发生情况.结果 实验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(61.11%vs.36.11%) (P<0.05);实验组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、NK细胞显著高于对照组,而CD8+显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组治疗后血清CA125水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组治疗后Kamofsky评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组白细胞减少、血小板减少、周围神经毒性、血红蛋白减少、腹泻、恶心呕吐发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 自拟中药汤剂对晚期卵巢癌患者的疗效明显,可降低血清CA125水平,增强机体免疫功能.
