预见性护理模式应用于脊柱后路手术中压疮预防的效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨预见性护理模式应用于脊柱后路手术患者压疮预防效果.方法 将我院2014年1月至2014年12月就诊的80例脊柱后路术式患者按数字随机法分为两组各40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予预见性护理.比较两组压疮率等指标的差异.结果 观察组压疮率为7.5％,低于对照组的35.0％,差异有统计学意义(x2=9.038,P＜0.05).观察组日常生活质量各评分均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 预见性护理模式应用于脊柱后路手术患者压疮预防效果较佳,具有重要临床价值.%Objective To explore effect of predictive nursing in the prevention of pressure sores in spinal posterior operation.Methods 80 patients undergoing spinal posterior operation in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group by the random number table.Control group received routine nursing,while observation group received predictive nursing.Then compared pressure sores related index between two groups.Results The rate of pressure sores in observation group was 7.5％,lower than 35.0％ in control group,with statistically significant difference (x2=9.038,P＜0.05).The score of each dimension of daily life quality in observation group were better than those in control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of predictive nursing in the prevention of pressure sores in spinal posterior operation is better,with important clinical value.
