肠内营养个案全程管理在胰腺癌术后患者中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨肠内营养个案全程管理在胰腺癌手术患者中的实施方法及效果.方法 选择2014年9月至2015年12月本院收治的胰腺癌并接受手术的患者40例作为研究对象,将其分为对照组与观察组,各20例.对照组按照常规护理;观察组在对照组基础上,由个案管理师为患者及其家属提供肠内营养专业指导.观察两组患者体重指数(BMI)、不良反应发生率及对护理工作的满意度.结果 观察组体重指数下降率小于对照组[(7.00±4.00)％vs.(17.00±6.00)％,x2=19.138,P＜ 0.05)].观察组不良反应发生率明显比对照组低(9.17％ vs.22.50％);观察组满意度较对照组高(80.00％ vs.65.00％,x2=20.799,P＜0.05).结论 肠内营养个案全程管理能提高患者生存质量及护理工作的满意程度,值得在临床推广应用.%Objective To explore the implementation method and effect of complete case management of enteral nutrition in postoperative patients with pancreatic cancer.Methods 40 patients with pancreatic cancer undergoing surgery at our hospital from September,2014 to December,2015 were selected as study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group,20 for each group.The control group were routinely cared;in addition,the patients and their family members of the observation group were provided with professional guidance of enteral nutrition by case management specialist.The body mass index (BMI),the incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction degree were observed in both groups.Results The decrease rate of BMI and the incidence of adverse reactions were lower and the satisfaction degree was higher in the observation group than in the control group [(7.00±4.00) ％vs.(17.00±6.00) ％,x 2=19.138,P＜0.05;9.17％ vs.22.50％;80.00％ vs.65.00％,x 2=20.799,P＜0.05)].Conclusions Complete case management of enteral nutrition can improve the patients' life quality and increase the satisfaction degree to nursing work,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
