阶段性目标教学对神经内科护生实习效果的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the application method of periodic target teaching in clinical nursing teaching and to compare the influence of nursing students' internship effect between these two teaching methods.Methods 60 nursing students interned at our hospital from June,2013 to March,2014 were set as a control group and were given traditional teaching management mode.60 nursing students interned at our hospital from June,2014 to March,2015 were set as an observation group and were given periodic target teaching.After four weeks' internship,the nursing students' comprehensive ability,comprehensive evaluation results,role adaptation,and the patient's satisfaction rate with nursing students and the teachers' satisfaction rate with nursing students were evaluated,investigated,and compared.Results The comprehensive ability score was (85.71±11.72)points,the nursing students' excellent (>90 points) rate 38.33%,the internship nurse's fine role adaptation rate 56.67%,the satisfaction rate of the patients with nursing students 96.67%,and the satisfaction rate of teachers with nursing students 75.00% in the observation group,which Were all significantly higher than those in the control group [(77.89±10.16) points,21.67%,28.33%,45.00%,and 51.67%] (P<0.05).Conclusions Periodic target teaching can promote the students' comprehensive ability and comprehensive evaluation results,the satisfaction rates of the patients with nursing students and of the teachers with nursing students and help nursing students better adapt to trainee nurse role,so it can significantly improved the nursing studentis' in temship effect.%目的 探讨阶段性目标教学在神经内科护生带教中的应用方法,比较两种带教方法对护生实习效果的影响.方法 选取2013年6月至2014年3月在本院神经内科实习符合入选标准护生60名为对照组,2014年6月至2015年3月实习护生60名为研究组.对研究组护生应用阶段性目标教学法,对照组护生则采取传统教学法.实习4周后评定、调查护生的综合能力、出科综合成绩、护生实习护士角色适应情况及患者、带教老师对护生的满意率,并进行比较.结果 研究组护生的综合能力评分为(85.71±11.72)分,出科综合成绩优秀(>90分)率为38.33%,实习护士角色适应良好率为56.67%,患者对护生的满意率为96.67%及带教老师对护生的满意率为75.00%,均明显高于对照组护生的(77.89±10.16)分、21.67%、28.33%、45.00%及51.67%(P<0.05).结论 阶段性目标教学对提升护生的综合能力、提高护生的出科综合成绩、帮助护生尽快适应护士角色,提升患者、带教老师对护生的满意率等方面均有成效,从而明显提高了护生的实习效果.
