品管圈在降低骨科外来器械清洗不合格率中的应用研究

摘要

Objective To study how to improve the quality of extraneous orthopedic instrument cleaning using quality control circle.Methods Management method of quality control circle was used and decreasing unqualified rate of extraneous orthopedic instrument cleaning was selected as activity topic to improve the cleaning method of extraneous orthopedic instruments formulated and implemented improved countermeasures.The intervention effects were compared between before and after the activity of quality control circle.Results After the activity,the un-qualified rate of extraneous orthopedic instrument cleaning was decreased from 11.52％ to 0.85％ (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle is a effective management measure to improve the quality and efficiency of extraneous orthopedic instrument cleaning.It can ensure the quality of aseptic supply and guarantee the patients' safety.%目的 探讨如何运用品管圈提高消毒供应中心骨科外来器械清洗的质量.方法 采用品管圈的管理方法,选定降低骨科外来器械清洗不合格率为活动主题,对本院骨科外来器械的清洗方法进行改进,制订并落实改进措施,比较应用品管圈活动前后的干预效果.结果应用品管圈后,骨科外来器械清洗不合格率由11.52％下降至0.85％,两者比较,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 应用品管圈管理方法可以提高骨科外来器械清洗质量和工作效率,确保无菌物品的质量,保证患者安全的有效措施.
