面瘫康复操辅助治疗周围性面神经炎的护理效果分析

摘要

目的 分析对周围性面神经炎患者采取面瘫康复操辅助治疗及针对性护理的效果.方法 以本院2014年2月至2017年4月诊治的96例周围性面神经炎患者作为此次研究对象,通过数字表法随机分成探究组和对比组,各48例.两组均进行积极对症治疗及护理,同时探究组进行面瘫康复操辅助治疗,连续3周.对比分析两组临床效果,并用Portmann量表评测治疗前后面神经功能改善情况.结果 探究组临床总有效率97.9％,对比组83.3％,差异具有统计意义(P＜0.05);治疗3周后,观察组面神经功能积分为(18.11±2.23)分,优于对比组的(13.57±2.40)分,差异有统计意义(P＜0.05).结论 在周围性面神经炎临床治疗中辅以面瘫康复操和护理,可有效提升临床效果,促进患者面神经功能恢复,临床意义重大.%Objective To analyze the effect of corresponding nursing care and facial paralysis rehabilitation adjuvant treatment for peripheral facial paralysis.Methods 96 patients with peripheral facial neuritis treated at our hospital from February,2014 to April,2017 were selected as study objects and were divided into a study group and a control group by random number table,48 cases for each group.Both groups were actively given symptomatic treatment and nursing care;in addition,the study group took facial paralysis rehabilitation therapy.Both groups were treated 3 weeks.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.The improvement of facial nerve function before and after treatment was evaluated by Portmann scale.Results The total effective rate was 97.9％ in the study group and was 83.3％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).After 3 weeks' treatment,the score of facial nerve function was (18.11±2.23) in the study group and was (13.57±2.40) in the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Applying facial paralysis rehabilitation and nursing care in the clinical treatment of peripheral facial paralysis can effectively improve the clinical effect,promote the patients' recovery of facial nerve function,so it is of great clinical significance.
