飞秒激光辅助治疗对屈光性白内障远期视力预后的影响分析

摘要

目的 探究飞秒激光辅助治疗对屈光性白内障远期视力预后的影响.方法 选取本院眼科2015年8月至2016年8月超声乳化术治疗的屈光性白内障患者75例(84眼),根据术中是否辅以飞秒激光治疗分为观察组38例(42眼)和对照组37例(42眼),对照组在传统人工切口下实施超声乳化吸除+人工晶状体植入术,观察组利用飞秒激光对角膜及晶状体等结构定位并作切口.回顾性分析患者的临床资料,比较两组手术情况、并发症情况及术后视力恢复情况.结果 所有患者顺利完成手术,观察组并发症发生率[9.5%(4/42)]低于对照组[26.2%(11/42)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,术后1d、1周及1个月时两组患者角膜散光度和眼压均有所下降,同期相同指标两组差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0.05);与治疗前相比,术后1d、1周及1个月时两组患者裸眼近视力和裸眼远视力有所提高,观察组同期相同指标改善程度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P< 0.05);观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05).结论 飞秒激光辅助治疗屈光性白内障有效地提高了患者的预后视力,且并发症较少,其临床应用前景光明.%Objective To explore the effect of femtosecond laser on long term visual outcome in patients with refractive cataract.Methods 75 patients (84 eyes) with refractive cataract treated by ultrasound emulsification operation at our hospital from Aug.2015 to Aug.2016 were selected and divided into an observation group (42 eyes) and a control group (42 eyes).The control group was given traditional ultrasound emulsification operation and intraocular lens implantation.The observation group was given femtosecond laser before the ultrasound emulsification operation.The clinical data of the patients was analyzed retrospectively.Results All operations were completed successfully.The incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than in the control group [9.5%(4/42) vs.26.2%(11/42)] (P < 0.05).There were no significant differences in corneal astigmatism and intraocular pressure 1 day,1 week,and 1 month after the operation between two groups (all P > 0.05).The naked eye near vision and naked eye far vision of the observation group were higher than those of the control group 1 day,l week,and 1 month after the operation (all P < 0.05).The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Femtosecond laser assisted treatment for refractive cataract can effectively improve the patients' prognosis of visual acuity and has few complications,so its clinical application prospects are bright.
