早期护理干预对脑梗塞失语患者的效果观察

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of early nursing intervention for aphasia patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 80 aphasia patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,40 for each group.The control group were routinely cared.The observation group took early nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction and the improvement of language function were observed in both groups.Results The satisfaction was 95.0％ in the observation group and was 77.5％ the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).The sub-item scores of ABC method were better in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Early nursing intervention for aphasia patients with cerebral infarction can improve their language function and increase their nursing satisfaction.%目的 观察早期护理干预对脑梗塞失语患者的效果.方法 将80例脑梗塞失语患者随机分为观察组40例与对照组40例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组行早期护理干预,观察两组护理满意度及语言功能改善情况.结果 观察组满意度95.0％,对照组77.5％,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组ABC法各亚项评分改善情况明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论 早期护理干预可促进脑梗塞失语患者语言功能恢复,提高患者对护理的满意度.
