听觉统合训练配合康复干预对孤独症儿童康复疗效的影响

摘要

Obiective To investigate the influence of auditory integration training (AIT) combined with rehabilitation intervention on rehabilitation effect in children with autism.Methods 96 children with autism treated at our hospital from July,2015 to December,2016 were divided into a control group and an observation gorup by random number table,48 cases for each group.The control group were given routine rehabilitation intervention;in addition,the observation group were given AIT.After three-month intervention,the rehabilitation,distribution of behavior characteristics,and intelligence quotient (IQ) of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of social interaction,sense,language,somatic movement,and self-care were (15.89±3.05),(9.16± 1.31),(11.96±1.08),(18.64±2.61),and (13.11±1.16) in the observation group and were (20.14±4.48),(11.75±1.84),(15.27±2.76),(20.78±3.32),and (14.06±1.24) in the control group,with statistical differences (all P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the incidences of avoiding eye contact and attention divergence between these two groups (P>0.05).The incidences of lacking imaginative plays and lacking imitative actions were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).The IQ score was (67.42±12.98) in the observation group and was (59.15±14.12) in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions AIT combined with rehabilitation intervention for children with autism can effectively promote the children'early recovery,improve some behavior characteristics,and promote intelligence development,so it is worth being clinically generalized.%目的 探究听觉统合训练配合康复干预对孤独症儿童康复疗效的影响.方法 选择2015年7月至2016年12月本院收治的孤独症患儿96例,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组48例;对照组实施常规康复干预,观察组在对照组基础上予以听觉统合训练;干预3个月后,比较两组康复情况、行为特征分布情况及智力(IQ)得分.结果 观察组社会交往为(15.89±3.05)分、感觉为(9.16±1.31)分、语言为(11.96±1.08)分、躯体运动为(18.64±2.61)分、自理为(13.11±1.16)分,对照组社会交往为(20.14±4.48)分、感觉为(11.75±1.84)分、语言为(15.27±2.76)分、躯体运动为(20.78±3.32)分、自理为(14.06±1.24)分,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组主动回避眼光接触、注意力涣散发生率相比,差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0.05);与观察组相比,对照组缺乏想象性游戏、缺乏模仿性动作等发生率明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组IQ得分为(67.42±12.98)分,明显高于对照组的(59.15±14.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对孤独症儿童实施听觉统合训练配合康复干预,能有效促进患儿早期恢复,改善部分行为特征,促进智力发育,值得临床推广.
