新人职护士轮转培训模式成效分析

摘要

目的 探讨新人职护士三年轮转培训模式对提高护士岗位胜任力的效果.方法 选取2014年新人职本科学历轮转护士共136人作为调查对象,护理部制定轮转方案和定科方案.轮转周期为三年,每个科室工作一年.各科室按照制定的核心能力培训方案按层级实施培训、考核及评价.护理部定期组织轮转护士操作考核、理论考试,根据每年的新人职护士操作理论考核成绩、工作绩效考核分析其岗位胜任力.结果 136名新人职护士操作考核成绩均达到80分以上,平均分为86分,且成绩呈逐年上升趋势(P<0.05);理论考试成绩在85分以上,平均分为90分;绩效考核均在90分以上,平均分为93分,且成绩呈逐年上升趋势(P<0.05).结论 实施新人职护士三年轮转培训,有利于提高护士的岗位胜任力,利于培养护理复合型人才,利于充分利用人力资源.%Objective To investigate the effects of the New Graduate Nurse Three-year Rotation Training on the nurse post competency.Methods A total of 136 rotation nurses newly graduating in 2014 were selected as respondents,and the nursing department formulated the rotation plan and,department assignment plan.The rotation period was three years and the new nurses worked in each department for one year.Each department conducted training,examination,and evaluation according to the set core competence training plan and the nurse levels.The nursing department organized regular operation assessments and theory tests for the rotation nurses,and further analyzed their post competency based on the scores of their annual operation theory examination and work performance appraisal.Results The 136 new graduate nurses' results of the operation assessment were all above 80 points,with an average of 86 points;their scores in the theory test were all above 85 points,with an average of 90 points;their scores in the performance appraisal were all above 90 points,with an average of 93 points.Conclusions The implementation of the New Graduate Nurse Three-year Rotation Training helps to improve the nurses' post competency,to cultivate versatile nursing talents,and to take full advantage of human resources.
