育龄妇女妊娠期BAEP和VEP-P的改变

摘要

目的 为了探讨育龄妇女妊娠期脑干听觉传导路和视觉传导路的改变,观察其脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)及脑干视觉诱发电位(VEP-P)的变化.方法 选择最近3年来在本院做孕前检查、产前检查并在本院分娩的生育期妇女398例,在孕前、妊娠早期、妊娠晚期分别为其作3次BAEP检查和VEP-P检查.并将3次检查的结果两两对比,作配对样本均数f检验对比分析.结果 妊娠晚期的BAEP检查Ⅰ波、Ⅲ波、V波,VEP-P检查P100各波潜伏时均值都延迟,而其他2次检查各波潜伏时均值都正常.前后3次检查的各潜伏时对比:孕前和妊娠早期对比差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),妊娠晚期和孕前对比、妊娠晚期和妊娠早期对比差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 妊娠晚期,生育期妇女的BAEP的Ⅰ波、Ⅲ波、V波潜伏时延迟,VEP-P检查P100潜伏时延迟,脑干听觉传导路和视觉传导路的传导减慢.%Objective To investigate the change of brainstem auditory pathway and visual pathway during pregnancy in women of childbearing age,and observe the changes of brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) and brainstem visual evoked potentials (VEP-P).Methods 398 women of reproductive age who did pre-pregnancy physical examination,prenatal examination,and childbirth in our hospital during the last 3 years were selected.BAEP and VEP-P examinations were performed before pregnancy,in early pregnancy,and in late pregnancy respectively.And the results of three tests were compared with each other by the paired sample mean t test.Results In the third trimester of pregnancy,the mean values of latent time of I wave,III wave,and V wave of BAEP and P100 of VEP-P were all delayed,while those at the other two time points were normal;there were no statistically significant differences between pre-pregnancy and early pregnancy (P＞0.05),but there were statistically significant differences between late pregnancy and pre-pregnancy,late pregnancy and early pregnancy (P＜0.05).Conclusions In the third trimester of pregnancy,the mean values of latent time of I wave,III wave,and V wave of BAEP and P 100 of VEP-P in the pregnant women are all delayed,and the conduction of auditory and visual pathways in brainstem slow down.
