目的 探讨消瘤颗粒联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的缩瘤效果及对临床证候群的改善作用.方法 选取2015年6月至2016年8月于本院确诊为子宫肌瘤的84例患者作为研究对象,随机分为单药组和联药组,各42例.单药组给予单纯米非司酮治疗,联药组给予消瘤颗粒联合米非司酮治疗,对比两组治疗前后子宫体积和子宫肌瘤体积、治疗后中医症状疗效及临床疗效.结果 治疗后,联药组子宫体积和子宫肌瘤体积明显小于单药组,差异具有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05);联药组经期延长、月经量多、小腹作胀、小腹隐痛、乳房胀痛、疲倦乏力等改善情况均好于单药组,差异具有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05);联药组总有效率明显高于单药组(97.62％比83.33％),差异具有统计学意义(x2=4.974,P=0.026).结论 消瘤颗粒联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤可有效缩小子宫体积、子宫肌瘤体积,改善临床症状,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaoliu granule combined with mifepristone on reducing the tumor volume of fibroid and its effect on the improvement of clinical syndromes.Methods 84 patients with uterine fibroids treated at our hospital from June,2015 to August,2016 were selected and randomly divided into a single group and a combined group (n=42).The single group were treated with mifepristone and the combined group with Xiaoliu granule and mifepristone.The volumes of uterine and fibroid before and after the treatment and TCM symptom efficacy and clinical curative effect after the treatment were compared between these two groups.Results After the treatment,the volumes of uterus and uterine myoma were significantly lower in the combined group than in the single group,with statisitcal differences (both P ＜ 0.05).The improvement of prolonged menstruation,menorrhagia,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,breast pain,and fatigue in the combined group was higher than that in the single group,with statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the single group (97.62％ vs.83.33％),with a statistical difference (x2=4.974,P=0.026).Conclusion Xiaoliu granule combined with mifepristone can effectively reduce uterine volume and uterine fibroid volume and improve clinical symptoms and treatment efficacy,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
