Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of doxycycline combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of brucellosis. Methods 78 cases of brucellosis in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with levofloxacin only, and the observation group was treated with doxycycline on the basis of the control group. All the patients were treated for 6 weeks. The curative effect, adverse reaction rate, quality of life score (SF-36) before and 6 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 weeks' treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87％ (37/39), higher than that of the control group [71.79％(28/39)] (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 15.38％ (6/39), without statistically significant difference compared with 10.26％ (4/39) in the control group (P>0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in SF-36 scores between the two groups before the treatment (P>0.05); after 6 weeks of treatment, compared with the control group, the SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Doxycycline combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of brucellosis can significantly improve the treatment effect and improve the quality of life of patients, with higher safety.%目的 探讨多西环素联合左氧氟沙星治疗布鲁氏菌病患者疗效及安全性.方法 选择2014年3月至2017年3月本院布鲁氏菌病患者78例,依照随机数字表法分组,各39例.对照组仅予以左氧氟沙星治疗,于对照组基础上观察组联合多西环素治疗,均持续治疗6周.对比两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率及治疗前、治疗6周后生活质量评分(SF-36)比较.结果 治疗6周后观察组总有效率94.87％(37/39)高于对照组71.79％(28/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率15.38％(6/39)与对照组10.26％(4/39)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前两组SF-36评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗6周后与对照组相比,观察组SF-36评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 布鲁氏菌病患者予以多西环素联合左氧氟沙星治疗可明显提高治疗效果,改善患者生活质量,且具有较高安全性.
