以卵巢囊肿为首发症状的肺小细胞癌1例并文献复习

摘要

目的:探讨l例以卵巢囊肿为首发症状的肺小细胞癌患者的临床病理特征.方法:对该患者的临床表现、病理特征及免疫组织化学表型进行观察、分析,并做相关文献复习.结果:该患者首发症状为卵巢囊肿,囊壁附一灰白结节,镜下为小细胞癌形态,术后结合临床表现及免疫组化表型结果,诊断为肺小细胞癌转移至卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿.结论:肺小细胞癌转移至卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿是一种极罕见的现象,其确诊依赖于临床资料及组织病理学检查.%Objective:To investigate the clinicopathologic features of starting symptoms for ovarian cyst in a patient with pulmonary small cell carcinoma.Methods:We observed and analysed the clinical manifestation,clinicopathologic feature and immunohistochemical phenotype of the patient with review of the relative literature.Results:The initial symptom of the patient was ovarian cyst,with a gray tubercle on the capsule wall,and showing a form of small cell carcinoma microscopically.Conclusion:The incidence of ovarian cyst with pulmonary small cell carcinoma metastasis is rarely,and the definite diagnosis of which depends on clinical manifestation and histopathological examination.
