血液透析通路狭窄相关问题介入治疗进展

摘要

Issues related with hemodialysis access stenosis affectes dialysis procedure in the patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Intervention technique can maintain the patency of dialysis access quickly and effectively. Percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) and percutaneous stent implantation (PTS) have been used and studied in a variety of dialysis pathway-related complications, and are now used for venous outflow tract stenosis and central venous stenosis treatment.PTA and PTS for the treatment of dialysis pathway-related complications show perfect clinical results and prospects.The stentgraft is especially worthy of promotion as a new type of intraluminal treatment.%血液透析通路狭窄相关问题一直影响着终末期肾病病人的透析过程.临床中使用介入干预的方法能够快速且有效地维持透析通路的开放.经皮经腔血管成形术(PTA)及经皮经腔支架植入术(PTS)在各种透析通路相关并发症中均有应用和研究,现已用于静脉流出道狭窄及中心静脉狭窄的治疗.PTA及PTS对处理透析通路相关并发症有着较好的临床效果及应用前景,尤其是覆膜支架的使用,是值得推广的一种新型血管腔内治疗手段.
