目的：分析和探讨多发性骨髓瘤（M M ）初诊患者辅助诊断检查的方法和结果。方法对171例初诊M M 患者的辅助诊断检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果骨髓检测中171例患者的浆细胞百分率均增高，浆细胞百分率为5．0％～88．0％，浆细胞形态异常。112例患者的免疫球蛋白水平有不同程度的增高。155例患者的骨质有不同程度的破坏。81例患者肾功能有不同程度的损伤。110例患者有不同程度贫血及白细胞、血小板的减少。结论综合各项辅助诊断检查的结果并结合临床表现能提高MM的检出率。%Objective Analysis and investigate the suitable method and results of auxiliary diagnostic test applicated in newly di‐agnosed patients with multiple myeloma(MM) .Methods The auxiliary diagnostic test results of the 171 patients newly diagnosed with MM were analyzed retrospectively .Results In bone marrow smear examination ,the percentages of plasma cell in all the 171 patients increased and were 5 .0% -88 .0% ,while the morphology of plasma cells was abnormal .The levels of immunoglobulin in 112 patients increased in different degrees .81 patients had different degrees of renal function damage .110 patients had different de‐grees of anemia and reduction of white blood cells and platelets .Conclusion Comprehensive considerate all the results of auxiliary diagnostic tests and the clinical manifestations could improve the detection rate of MM.
