新一轮国际知识产权规则重构下的中国选择--以知识产权强国建设为目标

摘要

在知识产权国际规则面临加速重构的背景下，分析我国在相关国际组织、多边和区域等平台上参与知识产权国际规则制定中应持的基本态度与立场，以及在当前形势下我国参与知识产权国际规则面临的机遇与挑战。结合当前我国对外开放新形势和我国知识产权国际竞争力的提升，认为我国应以更加积极有为的态度参与新一轮国际知识产权规则的制定，并从总体策略和具体应对措施两个方面提出了对策建议。%Under the background of accelerative reconstruction of intellectual property international rules, this paper analyzes China’s basic attitudes and positions when participating in formulation of international intellectual property rules on the relevant international organizations, multilateral and regional platforms, as well as analyzes the opportunities and challenges when China participates in international intellectual property rules in the current situation. Combined with China's new situation of opening up and enhancement of the international competitiveness of China's intellectual property currently, this paper holds that we should be more positive to participate in the new round of formulation of international intellectual property rules, and puts forward suggestions from the two aspects of overall strategy and speciifc measures.
